Kryptobaatar mandahuensis

Taxonomy
Kryptobaatar mandahuensis was named by Smith et al. (2001). Its type specimen is IMM 96BM-II/3, a skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is SBDE Quarry 96BM2, Bayan Mandahu, which is in a Campanian eolian sandstone in the Bayan Mandahu Formation of China.

It was synonymized subjectively with Kryptobaatar dashzevegi by Kielan-Jaworowska et al. (2004).
