Orovenator mayorum
Taxonomy
Orovenator mayorum was named by Reisz et al. (2011). Its type specimen is OMNH 74606, a partial skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Richards Spur, which is in an Artinskian fissure fill claystone/conglomerate in Oklahoma. It is the type species of Orovenator.
