Taxonomy
Costipelagiella zazvorkai was named by Horný (1964). Its type locality is “Pod hruškou” locality, Skrje-Týřovice, which is in a Cambrian shallow subtidal siltstone/shale in the Jince Formation of the Czech Republic.
