Taxonomy
Parailsanella acris was named by Voronova et al. (1987) [Zhegallo in]. Its type locality is Collection 52, Fritz Sec. 33, MacKenzie Mountains, which is in an Atdabanian carbonate limestone in the Sekwi Formation of Canada.
