Riojasuchus tenuisceps
Taxonomy
Riojasuchus tenuisceps was named by Bonaparte (1969). Its type specimen is PVL 3827, a skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Quebrada de los Jachaleros, which is in a Norian fluvial-lacustrine siliciclastic in the Los Colorados Formation of Argentina. It is the type species of Riojasuchus.
