Plicatus scalaris
Taxonomy
Plicatus scalaris was named by Pan and Erwin (2002). It is not extant. Its type specimen is USNM 127704. Its type locality is Shizishan, ADL703, Luogu Lake, which is in a Changhsingian carbonate limestone/limestone in the Changhsing Formation of China. It is the type species of Plicatus.
