Leptosuchus crosbiensis
Taxonomy
Leptosuchus crosbiensis was named by Case (1922). Its type specimen is UMMP 7552, a skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Head of Holmes Creek, which is in a Carnian/Norian channel lag claystone in the Tecovas Formation of Texas. It is the type species of Leptosuchus.
