Taxonomy
Boucotspira fimbriata was named by Rohr (1980). It is not extant. Its type locality is USNM 18137. Side of major hill. Ordovician clasts, which is in a Caradoc carbonate conglomerate/limestone in the Kangaroo Creek Formation of California. It is the type species of Boucotspira.
