Taxonomy
Shedhornia ornata was named by Kulas and Batten (1997). It is not extant. Its type locality is AMNH B674, Stinky Spring, Sublette County, which is in a Wordian marine sandstone/limestone in the Shedhorn Formation of Wyoming.
