Schizopea abrupta
Taxonomy
Dirhachopea abrupta was named by Ulrich et al. (1931) [Ulrich & Bridge in Ulrich, Foerste & Bridge 1931]. It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Ulrich Loc. 188-y. Near town of Flat River, which is in a Trempealeauan carbonate dolomite in the Eminence Formation of Missouri.
It was recombined as Schizopea abrupta by Wagner (1999), Wagner (2023).
