Palaeomphalus obtusangulus

Taxonomy
Euomphalus obtusangulus was named by Angelin and Lindström (1880) [Lindström in Angelin & Lindström 1880]. It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Ostbjörka, Kullsberg Formation, which is in a Keila/Oandu marine limestone in the Kullsberg Formation of Sweden.

It was recombined as Straparollus (Euomphalus) obtusangulus by Ebbestad and Peel (1997); it was recombined as Palaeomphalus obtusangulus by Wagner (1999), Wagner (2023).
