Taxonomy
Holopea kettneri was named by Frýda and Bandel (1997). It is not extant. Its type locality is Barrandov I, which is in a Pragian carbonate limestone in the Dvorce-Prokop Formation of Czechia.
It was recombined as Asinomphalus kettneri by Wagner (2023).
