Murchisonia (Hormotoma) columna Barrande in Perner 1907]. It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Lochkov, which is in a Pridoli carbonate limestone in the Pozáry Formation of Czechia.
It was recombined as Murchisonia (Hormotoma) columna by Perner (1907); it was recombined as Coelocaulus columna by Wagner (2023).
