Hormotoma sana

Hormotoma sana was named by Perner (1907) [Barrande in Perner 1907 Murchisonia (Hormotoma) sana Barrande in Perner 1907]. It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Lochkov, which is in a Pridoli carbonate limestone in the Pozáry Formation of Czechia.

It was recombined as Murchisonia (Hormotoma) sana by Perner (1907); it was recombined as Coelocaulus sana by Wagner (2023).
