Bicuerda columnare
Taxonomy
Orthonema columnare was named by Erwin (1988). Its type specimen is USNM 400670, a shell, and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is USNM722l, Dugout Mountain, Glass Mountains, which is in a Kungurian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in the Skinner Ranch Formation of Texas.
It was recombined as Bicuerda columnare by Kues and Batten (2001), Wagner (2023).
