Roemeriella octocinctus
Taxonomy
Turbo octocinctus was named by Römer (1843). It is not extant. Its type locality is Grund, northwest of Hartz mountains, which is in a Famennian carbonate limestone in the Cürten Strata Formation of Germany.
It was recombined as Roemeriella octocincta by Blodgett and Frýda (1999), Krawczyński (2002), Heidelberger and Amler (2002), Cook et al. (2003), Krawczyński (2006); it was recombined as Roemeriella octocinctus by Wagner (2023).
