Pycnomphalus placidus
Taxonomy
Turbo placidus was named by Perner (1903) [Barrande in Perner 1903]. It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Jinovice near Prague, which is in a Rhuddanian marine horizon in the Litenschichten Formation of Czechia.
It was recombined as Turbocheilus placidus by Perner (1907); it was recombined as Pycnomphalus placidus by Wagner (1999).
