J. Zitt 2005A small Metopaster-like goniasterid, characterised by arched median marginals and enlarged ultimate superomarginals, with a more or less clearly delimited central area bearing various dense, subequal and some enlarged spinelet pits, and circular to quadrangular deep pedicellarial pits. One to four distal inferomarginals correspond to a single ultimate superomarginal. Adradial portions of median marginals show asymmetrically developed depressions, together forming outer protuberances of the body cavity. The height of intermarginal and lateral facets is suppressed.
