Indiaster krishna
Taxonomy
Indiaster krishna was named by Rao (1957). Its type specimen is Geological Survey of India, Calcutta, holotype GSI 17536 and is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Asteroidea, Andhou, Pacham Island, which is in a Bathonian marine limestone in the Upper fossiliferous limestone Formation of India. It is the type species of Indiaster.
