Tchingisaurus multivagus
Taxonomy
Tchingisaurus multivagus was named by Alifanov (1993). Its type specimen is PIN 3142/309, a mandible, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Khermeen Tsav, Red Beds (PIN coll. 3142) [SMPE], which is in a Campanian/Campanian terrestrial horizon in the Baruungoyot Formation of Mongolia. It is the type species of Tchingisaurus.
