Bullamirifica ainiktos
Taxonomy
Pseudoglauconia ainiktos was named by Dailey and Popenoe (1966) [DISTRIBUTION: Campanian; California-Mexico.]. Its type specimen is UCLA 40435, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is UCLA loc. 4125, Jalama Creek, which is in a Campanian offshore sandstone/conglomerate in the Jalama Formation of California.
It was recombined as Bullamirifica ainiktos by Squires and Saul (2005).
