Lemurosaurus pricei
Taxonomy
Lemurosaurus pricei was named by Broom (1949). Its type specimen is BP/1/816, a skull (Small skull with lower jaws), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Dorsfontein, Graaff-Reinet, which is in a Wuchiapingian terrestrial horizon in South Africa. It is the type species of Lemurosaurus.
