Asiatosuchus grangeri
Taxonomy
Asiatosuchus grangeri was named by Mook (1940). Its type specimen is AMNH 6606, a mandible (lower jaws), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is 7 Miles West of Camp Margetts (1930 AMNH Gobiatherium type locality), which is in an Arshantan terrestrial claystone in the Arshanto Formation of China. It is the type species of Asiatosuchus.
