Orthogenysuchus olseni
Taxonomy
Orthogenysuchus olseni was named by Mook (1924). Its type specimen is Amer. Mus. No. 5178, a skull (nearly complete skull with associated partial mandibles), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is North Fork of Tenmile Creek (AMNH), which is in a Wasatchian terrestrial horizon in the Willwood Formation of Wyoming. It is the type species of Orthogenysuchus.
