ReferenceDiagnosis
B. Kröger et al. 2007Smooth orthoconic orthocerids with very close septal spacing (ca. eight septa over a length comparable to conch cross section diameter). Septal necks orthochoanitic. Siphuncle central, slightly expanded between septa and has a beaded appearance. Siphuncular tube ca. 0.1 times conch cross section diameter. Thickness of connecting ring similar to that in ellesmeroceridans. Endosiphuncular or cameral deposits unknown.
