Bugtilemur mathesoni
Taxonomy
Bugtilemur mathesoni was named by Marivaux et al. (2001). Its type specimen is DBC 2146, a tooth (right M2), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Paali Nala level C2 (DBC2), which is in an Oligocene fluvial-deltaic sandstone in the Chitarwata Formation of Pakistan. It is the type species of Bugtilemur.
