Taxonomy
Neokentroceras subtuberculatum was named by Spath (1922) [DISTRIBUTION: Early Upper Albian.]. Its type specimen is BMNH C.20042, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Locality 292, Canyon E. of Old Lobito, which is in an Albian carbonate limestone in Angola.
