Suttonoceras rossorum

Taxonomy
Suttonoceras rossorum was named by Miller and Youngquist (1947). Its type specimen is UA 546, a partial shell (much of a phragmacone and the adjacent portion of the living chamber), and it is a cast. Its type locality is Sutton Island, which is in a Tremadocian carbonate dolomite in Canada. It is the type species of Suttonoceras.
