Margoceras kungurense

Taxonomy
Paragastrioceras kungurense was named by Mirskaya (1948). Its type specimen is PIN 3638/132 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Sukhaya Rechka Village, Iren River, Perm Region, which is in a Kungurian marine horizon in the Koshelevskaya Formation of the Russian Federation.

It was recombined as Baraioceras kungurense by Leonova (2002); it was recombined as Margoceras kungurense by Borissenkov (2020).
