Taxonomy
Ansehia thecideiformis was named by Termier and Termier (1970). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Phnom Anseh, Battambang, which is in a Capitanian marine limestone in the Sisophon Formation of Cambodia. It is the type species of Ansehia.
