Sulcuna was named by Jones and Kirkby (1884) [Sepkoski's age data: C Vise]. It is not extant.
It was assigned to Cypridinellidae by Benson et al. (1961); to Bolbozoidae by Siveter and Lane (1999); to Cypridinelliformidae by Kornicker and Sohn (2000); and to Myodocopida by Sepkoski (2002).
