P1 elements bear an ‘anterior’ (= ventral) blade that is free for most of its length; blade denticles subequal or increasing in size anteriorly, may be largest around mid-point of blade; height of ‘posterior’ (= dorsal) end of free blade and ‘anterior’ (= ventral) end of parapets subequal; parapets transversely ridged; P1 elements straight or gently arched in ‘lateral’ view.
