Aldabrachampsus dilophus
Taxonomy
Aldabrachampsus dilophus was named by Brochu (2006). Its type specimen is NHMUK R8795, a partial skeleton (Partial skull, several vertebrae and left femur), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Point Hodoul, Aldabra Atoll, which is in a Pleistocene fissure fill limestone in the Aldabra Limestone Formation of the Seychelles. It is the type species of Aldabrachampsus.
