Oanduporella was named by Hints (1975) [Sepkoski's age data: O m O Cara-l Sepkoski's reference number: 538]. It is not extant. Its type is Oanduporella reticulata.

It was assigned to Draboviinae by Hints (1975); and to Orthida by Sepkoski (2002).
