Padillasaurus leivaensis
Taxonomy
Padillasaurus leivaensis was named by Carballido et al. (2015). Its type specimen is JACVM 0001, a set of vertebrae (Dorsal, sacral and caudal vertebrae), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is La Tordolla, Villa de Leiva, which is in a Barremian coastal claystone in the Paja Formation of Colombia.
