Cyamodus orientalis

Taxonomy
Cyamodus orientalis was named by Wang et al. (2019). It is not extant. Its type specimen is Zhejiang Museum of Natural History, M8820, a partial skeleton. Its type locality is Guanling, Lower Xiaowa Formation fossil lagerstätte, which is in a Tuvalian deep-water shale/marl in the Xiaowa Formation of China.
