Taxonomy
Staurospira longior was named by Perner (1907) [Barrande in Perner 1907]. It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Butovice near Prague, which is in a Katian marine limestone in the Zahorany Formation of the Czech Republic.
It was recombined as Anastrophina longior by Knight (1937) and Wagner (2023).
