Taxonomic list comments:The benthic foraminifera greater than 150 micrometers were randomly split using a Sepor microsplitter to yield generally 200 to 400 specimens (average of 325 specimens) per sample. A total of 88 taxonomic species (an 89th category for "other") were recognized and are listed in Appendix 1, and the more common and more taxonomically problematic taxa illustrated on plates 1 through 7. Census data are listed in Appendix 2. All three suborders, Textulariina, Miliolina and Rotaliina, are represented the Rotaliina dominate all samples.
