Primary lithology:desiccation cracks,current ripples quartzite
Secondary lithology: dolomite
Lithology description: Most of the matrix in which the fossils are found is a leached, porous, quartz sandstone, light gray or stained brown by iron oxide. The sand is mainly fine-grained, but some is very fine. In the least weathered specimens there is less porosity and a small percentage of dolomite cement.
Environment:marine indet.
