Stratigraphy comments: At the 490 m level of the Taherabad section, just above the ammonite taxa Mariella (Mariella) bergeri, Semenoviceras michalskii and Placenticeras mediasiaticum. S. michalskii and M. (M.) bergeri are the main classical components of the late Albian Dipoloceras cristatum and Stoliczkaia dispar zones.
