Lithology description: Light gray, crystalline limestone. The upper part is more massive than the lower part. Many limestones crinoidal. Toward base limestone somewhat argillaceous. Reeflike bodies very common toward base. Reefs very fossiliferous. Limestone layers separated by thin shale layers. Shales thicker and more abundant toward base. Fauna of shales rich and varied. Most of the fossils listed are from shales.
