Collection method comments: "Several persons, starting apparently with Atherstone & Rubidge (1845-59), have collected from the Wit River and Bezuidenhouts River localities, Dunbrody superlocality. Precise location data (sublocality and supersite) is invariably lacking. We have attempted therefore to plot the assemblage data, based on all available collections, only at the rank of locality." (Anderson and Anderson 1985 (ref. 6188)) the collections reside at the Albany Museum in Grahamstown (AMG), the South African Museum (SAM) in Cape Town, the Bernard Price Institute (BPI) in Johannesburg and the Botanical Research Institute in Pretoria (PRE)
