AGE: Early Pliocene (Zanclean) in text; Nannoplankton zone NN12-15; also contains the planktonic foraminifers Globorotalia pseudomiocenica. STRATIGRAPHIC POSITION: At a height of 153 m in section 19 of Coates & Collins (1999). | |||||
