Then follows a large lens of dark grey micritic limestone (2) with remains of Prototaxites, overlain by ... dark grey to dark calcareous shales (3) with [fossils]...Then follow...dark grey calcareous shales with common thin lenses of grey bioclastic limestones and relatively rare small concretions of dark grey micritic limestone (4)...[then more basalt and]..grey to grey brown tuffitic shales with thin calcite veins and rare concretions of dark grey micritic limestone (6)...[then] a sequence of grey brown calcareous tuffitic shales with scattered larger concretions of dark grey micritic limestone (8) [some similar bed descriptions follow] "
