Taxonomic list comments:in the "Knight Mbr." said to be of "Lysite" age and in the "La Barge" horizon, below the Cathedral Bluffs Tongue; apparently the "small medial Wasatchian mammalian assemblage that includes Heptodon" from the type area of the Wasatch Fm. near Evanston of Krishtalka et al. 1987 p. 103L "Diacodon sp." is listed by Van Houten 1945 but omitted by Gazin "? Pelycodus sp." is listed by Gazin 1952 but omitted by Gazin 1962 "Didymictis cf. altidens" is listed by Van Houten 1945 and Gazin 1952 but omitted by Gazin 1962 |
