Stratigraphy comments: Listed on the map (Robinson et al., 1976) questionaly as ?Poleta formation. Nelson (1976) has "U.S.G.S. locality 3784" as both Montenegro Member of Campito Formation and Middle Poleta formation. McMenamin (2001) indicates holotype of Avefallotaspis maria is from Montenegro Member of Campito Formation (possibly following Nelson 1976). Hollingsworth (2007, 2011) shows the Avefallotaspis maria zone from the Poleta, so using that here, as the most recent call on this.
