Geology comments: "... SDSNH loc. 4105, which is from the same general location of UCR loc. 4865 reported by Givens & Kennedy (1976). They reported that the mollusks at UCR loc. 4865 are indicative of the "Domengine Stage" and that they lived in a low-energy, very shallow (0-30 m) brackish-water or marine environment, perhaps a lagoon or estuary."
