Primary lithology:brown,green silty "shale"
Secondary lithology:planar lamination,micaceous sandstone
Lithology description: c. 35m mainly dull purplish-brown, occasionally green, silty shales with thin layers of micaceous, laminated, current bedded sandstones. Red sandstone nodules in the upper part. Belerophontids, Claraia, one large but very poor Ophiceras sp.
