Stratigraphy comments: Collection a composite from the "Kingak Shale" unit of the Kandik River headwaters section. This succession is assigned a Oxfordian age based on macrofossil biostratigraphy (Buchia (Anaucella) concentrica biozone of Jeletzky, 1967), although could potentially fall within the Kimmeridgian-Callovian. |
