Lithology and environment
Primary lithology: | lithified "reef rocks" |
Lithology description: 4 types of buildups: 1) green-coloured calcimicrobe boundstones, first appearing 5 m from the base of the sequence; 2) red- or green-coloured calcimicrobe bafflestones at 55 m; 3) red-coloured Okulitchicyathus bindstones at 105 m; 4) red-coloured radiocyath-archaeocyath-cribricyath bioherms at 125 m. These buildups are repeated in the same order in the final 65 m of the sequence. | |
